Chelsea Spier graduated from University of the Pacific with a BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Engineering. She has worked in the water resource field for nearly 15 years on sustainable groundwater management, water supply and balance, water quality, flood control and more. 2021 will be her first time teaching with EET and is excited to be working with students.
