The Structural Review Class, redesigned course for computer based test (CBT), covers all the topics listed in the NCEES Structural Exam Specifications. Amongst the topics covered in this class are: AASHTO Gravity and Lateral Loads, Analysis of Determinate and Indeterminate Structures, Design and Detailing of Structural Components in Steel, Concrete, Timber and Masonry (according to NCEES references), Temporary Structures and misc. topics. The class has a total of 85 hours of lecture and problems solving. An 8-hour simulation exam, which includes 80 problems, is offered at the end of the review class to provide students an opportunity to experience the environment of the real exam. The course includes over 250 solved examples, over 350 MCQs, about 100 Quiz problems (CBT style), and 80 questions for simulated exams.
EET is currently in the process of updating the Structural engineering course according to the latest NCEES exam specs. EET will begin shipping the new handouts for both class formats (Webinar and On-demand) starting June 1st. New handouts will be shipped in two shipments. The first shipment will be sent during the first week of June 2025 while the second shipment will be during the first week of July 2025.
New recordings based on the new handouts will start to be posted in the portal starting July 12th according to the upcoming webinar schedule for both courses. New recordings will be posted subsequently every week.
